The Galaxy Amp Prime 3 is slightly better than Galaxy Premier, having a score of 68.7 against 64.2. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Amp Prime 3 has 8.0 Oreo version and Galaxy Premier has Android 4.1. The Galaxy Amp Prime 3 design has the same thickness than the Galaxy Premier, but it's somewhat heavier.
