The Galaxy Nexus Sprint is a little bit better than the Galaxy Premier, having a score of 66.2 against 64.2. Even being the best we are comparing here, the Galaxy Nexus Sprint is an a bit thicker and somewhat heavier cellphone than Galaxy Premier. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Nexus Sprint has the newer 4.3 version and Galaxy Premier has Android 4.1 version, giving you a couple nice extra features and some performance improvements.
The Samsung Galaxy Nexus Sprint counts with a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Premier.
