These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Moto G Power has 11 version while Galaxy Round has Android 4.3 version, providing you lots of additional features and increased performance. Moto G Power is a somewhat thicker and noticeably heavier device than Galaxy Round.

The Galaxy Round has a bit better processing power than Moto G Power, because although it has lesser RAM and 4 less cores , it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. The Galaxy Round has a more vivid screen than Motorola Moto G Power, although it has a bit smaller display, a bit worse 1920 x 1080px resolution and a just a bit inferior pixels count per inch in the screen.

So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Motorola Moto G Power, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Round, letting go a couple features and specs.
