Xiaomi Redmi 4 is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Rugby Pro, getting a 67.1 score against 63.1. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Redmi 4 has the newer 6.0 Marshmallow version and Samsung Galaxy Rugby Pro has Android 4.1, so it provides some nice extra features.
