Sony Xperia GX's design is just a bit thicker and just a little heavier than the Galaxy S 4G.

Xperia GX counts with a better performing processing unit than Galaxy S 4G, because it has 1 more cpu cores, 512 MB more RAM memory and a faster graphics processing unit working at 400 MHz. Xperia GX has a little sharper screen than Galaxy S 4G, because it has a way higher resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, more pixels per screen inch and a little bit larger screen.

The Xperia GX shoots a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy S 4G, because it has a back-facing camera with a way higher resolution and a way higher (Full HD) video definition.
