Sony Xperia GX Review

Sony Xperia GX is a solid Android phone launched back in the year 2012, with a medium sized 4.6-inches touch-screen, a high performance 1.5 gigahertz Dual-Core processing unit, and two cameras, a 13 megapixels back side camera and a 1.3 megapixels front camera. This phone is quite slim and comfortable, even though it's not close to being one of the thinnest phones in the market, with a thickness of 0.41". Collaborating with graphic rendering, this phone also counts with a 400 MHz Adreno 225 graphics processing unit. A nice feature of this cellphone is the 16 GB quite big internal memory and although it doesn't have an SD card slot, it is enough to store hundreds of games and applications, but it probably wouldn't be suitable if you are fan of the heaviest games available nowadays or taking tons of photos and videos.

This phone features two cameras, a 13 MP back-facing camera and a 1.3 megapixels front-facing camera. It also films videos in 1920x1080 (Full HD). This camera also counts with flash.

This cellphone has a 1700 mAh medium sized Li-Ion removable battery that can keep this phone running for some hours, although you will need to charge it even after moderate use.

This cellphone includes wi-fi connection (which can be provided to other devices around, acting as a router or modem), 4G LTE high speed internet connection and fast 3G data connection, over HSPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This phone uses a SIM card for GSM carriers.

The Sony Xperia GX also features some useful characteristics such as Bluetooth and GPS, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

The Sony Xperia GX might be a little bit overpriced considering it is sold for $ 110, while many similar cellphones are being sold for less than that.
