Samsung Galaxy S III has a score of 70.8, which is much better than the Xperia GX's global score of 61.5. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S III has the newer 4.1.2 version and Xperia GX has Android 4.0.3, giving a couple additional features and optimized performance. The Samsung Galaxy S III design is somewhat thinner but a little bit heavier than Xperia GX, and both were released only a couple of months apart.

The Galaxy S III counts with a bit more vivid screen than Xperia GX, because although it has a little inferior number of pixels per screen inch, and they both have the same exact 1280 x 720 resolution, the Galaxy S III also counts with a little bigger screen. The Samsung Galaxy S III has a way bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xperia GX, and although they both have the same 16 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy S III also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 64 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy S III features a bit superior processor than Xperia GX, and although they both have the same number of cores and a 400 megahertz graphics processor, the Samsung Galaxy S III also has more RAM memory. The Galaxy S III has a much better camera than Xperia GX, although it has a lot worse resolution back facing camera and a worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition.
