HTC DROID DNA is slightly better than Galaxy S II CDMA, getting a 67.5 score against 61.6. HTC DROID DNA is a a little bit heavier phone than the Galaxy S II CDMA, but both are equally thin. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but HTC DROID DNA has a more recent 4.4 version while Galaxy S II CDMA has Android 2.3, so it gives you a couple nice extra features.
