The Galaxy S III is slightly better than Galaxy S II, with a general score of 70 against 66.2. Even though Galaxy S III is newer than the Galaxy S II, it is heavier and a little bit thicker. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S III has the newer 4.3 version and Galaxy S II has Android 4.1.2 version, so it counts with a couple nice extra features.

Galaxy S III has a bit better display than Galaxy S II, because it has more pixels per screen inch, a little bit larger screen and a lot higher 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. Galaxy S III features a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy S II, because although it has a slower graphics co-processor working at 400 megahertz, and they both have a Dual-Core CPU, the Galaxy S III also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory.

The Galaxy S II features a bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S III, because although it has a SD extension slot that supports 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory. Galaxy S III features better battery duration than Galaxy S II, because it has 2100mAh of battery capacity.

Galaxy S III features just a bit better camera than Galaxy S II, and although they both have the same video resolution, a F2.6 camera aperture, the same video frame rates and a back camera with an 8 megapixels, the Galaxy S III also has a larger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.

The Galaxy S III not only is the best devices between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a bit cheaper, making this phone a simple decision.
