Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has a global score of 72.1, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy S II's global score of 66.2. These devices come with Android OS, but Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has a more recent 7.0 Nougat version and Galaxy S II has Android 4.1.2 version. The Xiaomi Redmi Y1 is a way newer and just a little bit thinner device than Galaxy S II, but it's also much heavier.

Xiaomi Redmi Y1 features a bit better processing unit than Galaxy S II, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater number of cores and more RAM memory.
