The Galaxy Note 3 has a score of 80.7, which is much better than the Galaxy S II Plus's global score of 61. The Galaxy Note 3 design has the same thickness than Galaxy S II Plus, but it's notably heavier. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note 3 has a newer 5.0 version while Galaxy S II Plus has Android 4.1.2.
