The iPhone 5s has a general score of 75.5, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy S III's global score of 69.7. IPhone 5s has iOS 8.x OS, while Galaxy S III works with Android 4.3 OS. IPhone 5s is a newer phone, and it is also thinner and lighter than the Galaxy S III. The Apple iPhone 5s has a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has a bit lower 1136 x 640 resolution and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with much more brightness and a just a little better quantity of pixels per inch in the display.
IPhone 5s has a much better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 48 GB more internal memory.
