The Galaxy S4 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S III, with a score of 77.3 against 71. Galaxy S4 is a newer phone, and it's also just a bit lighter and a little thinner than the Samsung Galaxy S III. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S4 has a more recent 4.4.2 version while Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3.

The Samsung Galaxy S III and the Galaxy S4 count with similar processing units, because although the Galaxy S4 has a worse graphics processor, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM.
