Moto G Power is a little bit better than Galaxy S III, having a general score of 76.1 against 72.1. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but Moto G Power has an older 11 version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.4.2 version. Moto G Power's construction is noticeably newer, but heavier and somewhat thicker than the Galaxy S III.
The Moto G Power has a bit better processing power than Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with more RAM memory and a greater number of cores (and faster). The Galaxy S III features a little sharper screen than Moto G Power, although it has a much lower resolution of 1280 x 720, a lot smaller display and a bit lower display pixel density.
The Moto G Power counts with a very superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has more internal memory capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 512 GB. Moto G Power features a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a way better resolution back camera, a bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a higher image quality, a much bigger camera aperture to capture better low light images and video and a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
Moto G Power has a much longer battery performance than Galaxy S III, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Moto G Power is also a bit cheaper, which makes it easy to pick between these phones.
