Comparison review

LG G3 is just a bit better than the Galaxy S III, getting a global score of 76.4 against 72.7. Although the LG G3 is noticeably newer than Galaxy S III, it is heavier and a bit thicker. Both devices we are comparing come with Android OS (operating system), but LG G3 has a newer 5.0 version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3.

The LG G3 features a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has a slower graphics processing unit working at 450 megahertz, and they both have 4 processing cores, the LG G3 also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory. The LG G3 counts with a brighter display than Galaxy S III, because it has a little bit larger screen, a lot better screen density, a way better resolution of 2560 x 1440 and more display brightness.

Galaxy S III features a quite bigger storage capacity for apps and games than LG G3, because although it has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 64 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity. LG G3 has a better camera than Galaxy S III, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor, it also counts with a way better resolution back-facing camera, a lot higher (4K) video definition and a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low light photos and videos.

The LG G3 features a much longer battery duration than Galaxy S III, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity against 2100mAh.

LG G3 and the Samsung Galaxy S III cost exactly the same, which makes it an easy decision.
