Google Nexus 5 has a score of 76, which is slightly better than Galaxy S III AT&T's general score of 72.2. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Google Nexus 5 has newer 4.4.3 version and Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, so it counts with lots of additional features and performance optimizations. Google Nexus 5 is a a bit lighter phone than Galaxy S III AT&T, but both are equally thin.

The Google Nexus 5 counts with a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Google Nexus 5 also has a greater number of cores and a better 450 megahertz graphics processor. Google Nexus 5 counts with a much better looking screen than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a little larger screen and a better display density.
