The Huawei P20 is a bit better than the Galaxy S III AT&T, with a 78.1 score against 72.2. Huawei P20's design is newer and somewhat thinner than Galaxy S III AT&T's, but it is also somewhat heavier. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P20 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version.

Huawei P20 has just a bit better processing power than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with more RAM and more cpu cores. Huawei P20 and Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T both have extremely similar displays, although the Huawei P20 also has a greater number of pixels per inch in the screen, a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2244 pixels and a larger display.

The Huawei P20 has a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Huawei P20 features a much better camera than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a back facing camera with a much higher 12 mega pixels resolution, a much bigger aperture, a way larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a lot better (4K) video resolution.

The Huawei P20 counts with a superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a 3400mAh battery size instead of 2100mAh.
