The Motorola DROID Turbo has a global score of 77.9, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T's 72.2 global score. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola DROID Turbo has a more recent 4.4.4 version and Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, so it provides a couple additional features. Even though Motorola DROID Turbo is newer than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, it is a lot heavier and extremely thicker.

The Motorola DROID Turbo counts with a superior processor than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a higher number of faster cores, a faster graphics co-processor working at 500 MHz and a greater amount of RAM memory. Motorola DROID Turbo has a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a lot higher 2560 x 1440px resolution, a quite bigger display and a way better pixels density.

The Motorola DROID Turbo has a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal memory. Motorola DROID Turbo has a much longer battery duration than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has an 86 percent larger battery size.

Motorola DROID Turbo features a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a camera with much more mega pixels, a lot higher 3840x2160 video resolution and a much bigger diafragm aperture to take better images and video in low-light situations.

In addition to being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Motorola DROID Turbo is also by far the cheapest one.
