Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but Motorola Moto G Stylus has 11 version while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3. The Motorola Moto G Stylus is a way newer phone than the Galaxy S III AT&T, although it is a bit thicker and a lot heavier.
