Galaxy M30s has a score of 83.3, which is much better than the Galaxy S III AT&T's global score of 72.2. Galaxy M30s's body is newer than the Galaxy S III AT&T's, although it's just a little bit thicker and extremely heavier. Both devices in this comparison review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M30s has a more recent 11 version while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3, so it offers some additional features.
