The Samsung Galaxy M31 has a global score of 86.5, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T's global score of 72.2. The Samsung Galaxy M31 design is a lot newer than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T's, although it's notably heavier and just a bit thicker. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy M31 has newer 11 version and Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, giving some nice extra features.

Galaxy M31 has a bit better looking screen than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2340px, a higher count of pixels per inch of screen and a really bigger screen. Galaxy M31 counts with a superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity and a SD card slot that admits up to 512 GB.

Galaxy M31 features a better performing CPU than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of cores and a larger amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with a much better camera than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a way more MP back-facing camera, a much better video definition, a much larger camera aperture to capture better low-light images and a much bigger back-facing camera sensor which provides a much better photo and video quality.

The Galaxy M31 counts with a much better battery performance than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2100mAh.
