Comparison review
Galaxy M31s is a lot better than Galaxy S III AT&T, getting an 88 score against 72.2. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Galaxy M31s has 11 version while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, so it counts with a couple additional features. The Galaxy M31s is a noticeably newer cellphone than the Galaxy S III AT&T, but it's much heavier and just a little thicker.
Galaxy M31s features a better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with 4 GB more RAM and more processing cores. Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has a little more vivid screen than Galaxy M31s, although it has a little lower screen density, a way smaller display and a way worse 1280 x 720 resolution.
Galaxy M31s counts with a much better storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy M31s features a way better battery performance than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s shoots much better pictures and videos than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a much larger diafragm aperture, a back facing camera with much more megapixels, a much better (4K) video quality and a way larger back camera sensor which provides a way higher image and video quality.
