The vivo X Fold 3 Pro has a score of 77.8, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S III AT&T's general score of 72.2. The vivo X Fold 3 Pro construction is much newer and incredibly thinner than the Galaxy S III AT&T's, but it's a lot heavier. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the vivo X Fold 3 Pro has 14 version while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, giving some additional features and some performance improvements.

The Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has a much greater performance than vivo X Fold 3 Pro, because although it has lesser cpu cores and less RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics processor. The vivo X Fold 3 Pro has a much more vibrant display than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a lot bigger screen, a much higher resolution of 2200 x 2480px and a higher pixels amount in each inch in the display.

The vivo X Fold 3 Pro features a superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal storage. The vivo X Fold 3 Pro shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a back facing camera with lot more megapixels, a much bigger camera sensor which provides a lot higher photo and video quality, a way better 7680x4320 video resolution and a much bigger diafragm aperture to take better low-light images.

Vivo X Fold 3 Pro counts with a much longer battery performance than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a 5700mAh battery size.

Although vivo X Fold 3 Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
