The Xiaomi Mi 5s is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, having a general score of 76.4 against 72.2. Both phones in this comparison come with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi 5s has the newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3, counting with a lot of extra features and increased performance.
