The iPhone 7 Plus has a general score of 83.8, which is better than the Galaxy S III's score of 74.8. Although iPhone 7 Plus is way heavier than the Galaxy S III, it's thinner and much newer. The Apple iPhone 7 Plus features a little better hardware performance than Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Apple iPhone 7 Plus also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory.
Apple iPhone 7 Plus counts with a screen that's very similar to Galaxy S III's display, although the Apple iPhone 7 Plus also has a higher pixel density, much more brightness, a little bigger display and a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. The Apple iPhone 7 Plus has a better camera than Samsung Galaxy S III, and although they both have a same size camera sensor, the Apple iPhone 7 Plus also has a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera, a way higher video resolution and a way bigger camera aperture.
Apple iPhone 7 Plus counts with a much greater memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy S III, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. IPhone 7 Plus features a way better battery life than Galaxy S III, because it has a 2900mAh battery capacity instead of 2100mAh.
Although iPhone 7 Plus is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy S III. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy iPhone 7 Plus, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Galaxy S III, resigning a couple specs and features.
