Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is better than Galaxy S III, with a score of 84.2 against 74.8. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a newer 14 version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, providing a couple additional features. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro's body is a lot newer than the Galaxy S III's, although it is a little bit thicker and much heavier.

Galaxy S III has a way better performance than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with a GPU. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a more vivid display than Galaxy S III, because it has a much higher 1080 x 2400px resolution, a greater display pixels density, a way larger display and way more brightness.

The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro captures much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a lot bigger camera aperture for better photography in poorly lited environments, a much bigger camera sensor, a way higher video quality and a lot higher resolution back facing camera.

The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a lot bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 480 GB more internal storage.
