Comparison review

The Huawei P20 has an overall score of 78.1, which is slightly better than Galaxy S III's score of 74.8. Although Huawei P20 is somewhat heavier than Galaxy S III, it's thinner and also newer. Both devices in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei P20 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, counting with some extra features.

The Samsung Galaxy S III has just a bit better looking display than Huawei P20, although it has a way worse count of pixels per inch in the display, a little smaller screen and a lot lower resolution of 1280 x 720px. The Huawei P20 has a very superior storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy S III, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.

Huawei P20 has a little faster processing unit than Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of cores and a larger amount of RAM memory. The Huawei P20 captures better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a back facing camera with a much better 12 megapixels resolution, a lot bigger aperture for better low-light captures, a way better (4K) video definition and a much larger sensor taking way higher quality videos and photos.

The Huawei P20 counts with a really longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has 3400mAh of battery capacity instead of 2100mAh.

Although Huawei P20 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy S III. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get Galaxy S III, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
