Comparison review
The Motorola Droid Turbo is a little bit better than the Galaxy S III, with a overall score of 76.4 against 74.8. The Motorola Droid Turbo construction is notably newer, but notably thicker and much heavier than the Galaxy S III. Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola Droid Turbo has 4.4.4 version while Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, so it counts with a couple nice extra features.
The Motorola Droid Turbo counts with a bit better performance than Galaxy S III, because although it has a slower GPU running at 500 megahertz, and they both have 4 CPU cores, the Motorola Droid Turbo also counts with 1 GB more RAM. Motorola Droid Turbo has a better display than Galaxy S III, because it has a much higher display pixel density, a little bit bigger display and a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px.
Motorola Droid Turbo captures much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy S III, because it has a much higher video definition, a way larger diafragm aperture for better low-light photos and a back-facing camera with a lot higher resolution. Galaxy S III counts with a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Motorola Droid Turbo, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy S III also has an external memory slot that holds up to 64 GB.
The Motorola Droid Turbo counts with a superior battery duration than Galaxy S III, because it has an 86% larger battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone in our current comparison, the Motorola Droid Turbo is also cheap compared to the Samsung Galaxy S III, which makes this phone a very good choice.
