The Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) is better than the Samsung Galaxy S III, getting a general score of 84.2 against 74.8. The Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) body is much newer and thinner, but way heavier than Samsung Galaxy S III. The Samsung Galaxy S III has a little sharper screen than Galaxy A7 (2018), although it has a much worse amount of pixels in each inch in the screen, a lot smaller display and a lot worse resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.
