Comparison review
The Galaxy A8 Star is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S III, getting an 82.1 score against 74.8. Although Galaxy A8 Star is incredibly heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S III, it's thinner and also noticeably newer. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy A8 Star has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, so it provides the user some nice extra features.
The Galaxy S III has a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, although it has a lot smaller display, a just a little lower pixel density and a way lower resolution of 1280 x 720. The Galaxy A8 Star counts with a much better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S III, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 400 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star features a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with 4 GB more RAM and 4 more cores. Galaxy A8 Star has a much better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has 3700mAh of battery capacity instead of 2100mAh.
The Galaxy A8 Star has a better camera than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a much better (4K) video resolution, a way higher 16 megapixels resolution back facing camera and a lot bigger aperture.
