Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is just a bit better than Galaxy S III's general score of 74.8. Both phones in this comparison include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has the newer 5.0 version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, giving a lot of extra features. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge's construction is incredibly newer and a little bit thinner than Galaxy S III's, but it is also much heavier.
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a brighter screen than Galaxy S III, because it has a larger screen, a much higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a much higher amount of pixels per inch in the screen. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has a weaker graphics processing unit working at 500 megahertz, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a superior camera than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back, a larger diafragm aperture, a lot higher 3840x2160 video resolution and a bigger back camera sensor which provides a higher photo and video quality. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a little bit more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB.
Galaxy Note Edge features a way better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a 3000mAh battery size against 2100mAh.
Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy S III. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy S III, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
