The Galaxy S23 Ultra is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S III, getting a score of 81.5 against 74.8. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is a a little bit thicker but incredibly lighter cellphone than Samsung Galaxy S III. Both of these phones have Android OS, but Galaxy S23 Ultra has a more recent 13 version and Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3, offering a lot of extra features and performance enhancements.
