The Samsung Galaxy S III mini Value Edition is a little bit better than Alcatel OneTouch Idol 2, having a 59.8 score against 55.7. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S III mini Value Edition has 4.2.2 version and Alcatel OneTouch Idol 2 has Android 4.2 version, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features.
