The Galaxy S20 FE has a global score of 90.8, which is better than the Xperia XZ1's 78.3 general score. The Galaxy S20 FE body is incredibly newer, but heavier and thicker than Xperia XZ1. Galaxy S20 FE has a bit more powerful CPU than Xperia XZ1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 FE also has a larger amount of RAM.
Xperia XZ1 features a screen that's just as good as Samsung Galaxy S20 FE's display, because although the Xperia XZ1 has a bit lower 1080 x 1920 resolution and a really smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit higher display density. The Galaxy S20 FE features a bit bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xperia XZ1, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 1000 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE features a really longer battery life than Xperia XZ1, because it has a 67 percent more battery size. Galaxy S20 FE features a little bit better camera than Xperia XZ1, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 video resolution and a much less megapixels resolution camera, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low-light photography and video and a lot bigger sensor providing a way higher image quality.
