The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is way better than the Huawei P20's 78.1 overall score. These phones come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an older 13 version while Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Even though Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is newer than Huawei P20, it is extremely heavier and thicker.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little better performance than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM memory. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little sharper display than Huawei P20, because it has a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution, a just a little better display pixel density and a bigger screen.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a lot better camera than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger sensor which gives a higher image and video quality, a lot higher 7680x4320 video quality and a back camera with a much better 108 mega pixels resolution.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a lot bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P20, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 1000 GB. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a much better battery life than Huawei P20, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Huawei P20, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Huawei P20. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Huawei P20, giving up some features and specifications.
