The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a score of 98, which is much better than the Motorola Droid Turbo's 76.4 general score. These phones come with Android OS, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version while Motorola Droid Turbo has Android 4.4.4 version. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G design is newer and a lot thinner, but also way heavier than the Motorola Droid Turbo.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit better performance than Motorola Droid Turbo, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with more CPU cores and a larger amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola Droid Turbo, because it has a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 1000 GB and more internal memory capacity. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots greater pictures and videos than Motorola Droid Turbo, because it has a bigger diafragm aperture, a much better video definition and a back facing camera with way more mega pixels.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has better battery life than Motorola Droid Turbo, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3900mAh.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Motorola Droid Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola Droid Turbo. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Motorola Droid Turbo, letting go a couple features and specs.
