Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is better than the Galaxy M31s, with a general score of 98 against 88. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G design is a bit heavier but just a bit thinner than the Galaxy M31s, and they were released with only a couple of months difference. Both phones we are comparing here include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has newer 13 version while Galaxy M31s has Android 11, so it gives some nice extra features and performance enhancements.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy M31s, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features just a bit better looking display than Galaxy M31s, because it has a better resolution of 1440 x 3200, a quite bigger display and a greater pixels count per screen inch.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots better photographs and videos than Galaxy M31s, because although it has a tinier camera sensor offering a lower image quality, and they both have a same size camera aperture, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also counts with a camera with a way higher resolution and a way better 7680x4320 video definition.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has just a bit more storage capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy M31s, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has an external memory slot that admits up to 1000 GB. The Samsung Galaxy M31s has better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because it has a 20% larger battery capacity.
