Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than Galaxy S23 Ultra, with a 98 score against 81.5. These phones use the same Android 13 OS (Operating System). The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G body has the same thickness than the Galaxy S23 Ultra, but it's extremely heavier. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little bit better display than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, because it has a bit higher pixels density, a little bit larger screen and a bit higher resolution of 1440 x 3200.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a much powerful processing unit than Galaxy S23 Ultra, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM memory.
