Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is much better than Xiaomi Pocophone F1's global score of 85.5. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a somewhat heavier cellphone than the Xiaomi Pocophone F1, but both of them have the same thickness. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit better performance than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit better display than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because it has a bit larger display, a better 1440 x 3200px resolution and a greater pixel density. Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has a little bit better storage for games and applications than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB against 1000 GB, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has better battery performance than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because it has a 5000mAh battery size. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Pocophone F1, resigning some features and specifications.
