The Galaxy S20 has a global score of 94.8, which is better than iPhone 8's 85 score. Although the Galaxy S20 is much newer than iPhone 8, it is just a little heavier and a little thicker. Galaxy S20 counts with a little bit better looking screen than iPhone 8, because it has a lot larger display, a much higher resolution of 1440 x 3200 and a lot better screen density.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 has more memory for applications and games than iPhone 8, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports up to 1000 GB. Apple iPhone 8 has just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy S20, because although it has an inferior number of cores and slower and less RAM memory, it also counts with a 64 bits CPU.
Galaxy S20 features a bit better camera than iPhone 8, and although they both have the same resolution camera in the back and a F1.8 camera aperture, the Galaxy S20 also has a way bigger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much higher video quality. Samsung Galaxy S20 features a very superior battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 8, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Galaxy S20 costs more money than the Apple iPhone 8, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
