The Samsung Galaxy S20 has an overall score of 94.8, which is a lot better than the Google Nexus 5's score of 76. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 has the older 13 version and Google Nexus 5 has Android 4.4.3. Samsung Galaxy S20's construction is incredibly newer and just a bit thinner than Google Nexus 5's, but it's heavier.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 features a bit better performance than Google Nexus 5, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and 4 more CPU cores. Google Nexus 5 features a little bit better display than Galaxy S20, although it has a little bit smaller display, a lot worse 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and a bit worse display density.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a greater camera than Google Nexus 5, because it has a much bigger aperture to take better images and videos in low-light environments, a back-facing camera with a much higher resolution, a way larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a much better 7680x4320 video quality.

Galaxy S20 costs a lot more money than the Google Nexus 5, but you can get a much better phone for that few extra dollars.
