Comparison review
Galaxy S20 is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 30 Pro, having a score of 94.8 against 87.1. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S20 has a more recent 13 version while Huawei Mate 30 Pro has Android 10. Although the Galaxy S20 and Huawei Mate 30 Pro were released only 3 months apart, the Galaxy S20 is somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter.
Samsung Galaxy S20 features a bit better display than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 3200 resolution and a higher screen density. The Samsung Galaxy S20 features a little better performance than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
The Galaxy S20 features more storage capacity for applications and games than Huawei Mate 30 Pro, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 1000 GB. The Huawei Mate 30 Pro features just a bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S20, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
Huawei Mate 30 Pro captures much better photos and videos than Galaxy S20, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a same size camera sensor, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro also has a camera with lot more mega pixels, higher video frame rate and a bigger camera aperture to capture better low light photos and video.
