The Samsung Galaxy S20 is much better than the Motorola Moto G Stylus, having a general score of 94.8 against 79.7. These devices have Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S20 has the newer 13 version and Motorola Moto G Stylus has Android 11 version, providing a lot of extra features and improved performance. Samsung Galaxy S20's construction is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than Motorola Moto G Stylus, even when they were released with only 1 months difference.

The Galaxy S20 features a bit better performance than Moto G Stylus, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S20 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy S20 features a sharper screen than Moto G Stylus, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher amount of pixels per inch of display and a better 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution.

The Galaxy S20 features just a bit more storage capacity for games and applications than Motorola Moto G Stylus, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the Galaxy S20 also has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. The Motorola Moto G Stylus features a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy S20, because although it has a tinier sensor taking worse quality pictures and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Motorola Moto G Stylus also counts with a bigger camera aperture, better 30 frames per second video frame rate and a much higher 48 mega pixels resolution back facing camera.

Moto G Stylus counts with a battery lifetime that is very similar to the battery lifetime in Samsung Galaxy S20.

Although Galaxy S20 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Moto G Stylus, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Moto G Stylus. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy S20, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Moto G Stylus, letting go some features and specifications.
