Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 has the newer 13 version while Motorola Moto Z4 has Android 10, so it provides you a couple nice extra features and performance optimizations.

Galaxy S20 features a little faster processing unit than Motorola Moto Z4, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 also has a larger amount of RAM. The Galaxy S20 features a better screen than Motorola Moto Z4, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater count of pixels per inch in the screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 3200px.

The Galaxy S20 counts with a little bit better storage capacity for games and applications than Motorola Moto Z4, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Galaxy S20 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 1000 GB. The Galaxy S20 has just a little better battery performance than Moto Z4, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.

Motorola Moto Z4 takes slightly better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S20, because although it has a smaller sensor capturing lower quality pictures, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Motorola Moto Z4 also counts with a larger camera aperture to capture better low-light photography and video, a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels and faster 30 frames per second video frame rate.
