Comparison review
Galaxy S20 is much better than the Galaxy M30s, getting a 94.8 score against 83.3. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S20 has 13 version while Galaxy M30s has Android 11, so it gives a couple additional features and performance tweaks. The Galaxy S20 construction is lighter and thinner than Galaxy M30s, even when both of them were released with only 5 months difference.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a bit better looking display than Galaxy M30s, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher display density and a higher 1440 x 3200px resolution. The Galaxy S20 features a very superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy M30s, because it has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 1000 GB and 128 GB internal memory.
The Galaxy S20 features just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy M30s, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S20 also has a greater amount of RAM. The Galaxy M30s features a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S20, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not recommended for low light photography and a tinier camera sensor offering a lower image quality, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Galaxy M30s also counts with faster 30 frames per second video frame rates and a camera with way more mega pixels.
The Samsung Galaxy M30s has a very superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy S20, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
