Galaxy S20 has a score of 94.8, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy M31's overall score of 86.5. The Galaxy S20 design is somewhat lighter and thinner than Samsung Galaxy M31, even when they were only released with a few months difference. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Galaxy S20 has 13 version and Samsung Galaxy M31 has Android 11, so it gives a lot of extra features and performance optimizations.
Samsung Galaxy S20 has a little bit better processing power than Galaxy M31, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has more RAM memory.
