The Galaxy S20 is better than the Xperia 5, getting a score of 94.8 against 81. Galaxy S20 is a a little bit thinner cellphone than Xperia 5, but both of them have the same weight. The Galaxy S20 features a little better performance than Sony Xperia 5, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 also has 6 GB more RAM memory.
