Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S20 has older 13 version and Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Even though the Samsung Galaxy S20 is heavier than the Xiaomi Mi 5s, it's just a little bit thinner and also way newer.
