Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has a score of 89.1, which is just a bit better than Galaxy Note9's overall score of 87.1. Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is a incredibly newer phone, and it is also thinner and somewhat lighter than the Galaxy Note9. The Galaxy Note9 counts with a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Galaxy Note9 also has a better display density and a higher 1440 x 2960 resolution.
The Galaxy Note9 counts with much more storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Note9 also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy Note9's CPU is just as good as the Galaxy S21 FE one, both have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount.
Samsung Galaxy Note9 takes clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy S21 FE, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same (4K) video definition and a 12 megapixels resolution back-facing camera, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has a larger aperture. The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has just a bit longer battery performance than Galaxy Note9, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
Although Galaxy S21 FE is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Note9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Note9. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Galaxy Note9, and give up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
