Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S21 Ultra has the newer 11 version and LG V50 ThinQ has Android 10, so it gives a couple additional features.

Galaxy S21 Ultra has a bit more powerful processor than LG V50 ThinQ, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a sharper screen than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a just a little inferior pixel number in each inch of screen, it also counts with a bit larger screen and a quite better 1440 x 3200 resolution.

LG V50 ThinQ features a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the LG V50 ThinQ also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Galaxy S21 Ultra captures way better photos and videos than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for taking images in low-light situations, it also counts with a way larger back camera sensor, a way higher 7680x4320 video resolution and a much more megapixels back facing camera.

The Galaxy S21 Ultra has superior battery lifetime than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has a 25% more battery size.

Although Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG V50 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG V50 ThinQ. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the LG V50 ThinQ, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
